韓國CLAB協會的烘焙蠟燭課程，只需一天課堂時間，即可學會製作5款精美的烘培造型蠟燭，十分適合對蠟燭初體驗的朋友參加。完成課程後，更可申請韓國CLAB協會發出的專業證書資格，正式成為韓國CLAB協會該課程的發証導師。

– 吐司造型蠟燭 
– 水果撻蠟燭 
– 三層海綿蛋糕蠟燭 
– 馬芬鬆餅蛋糕 
– 奶油馬芬鬆餅蛋糕 

課程學習重點：

– 蠟材介紹及配件正確使用方法及注意事項
– 不使用模具製作出吐司、海綿蛋糕及馬芬鬆餅蛋糕的方法、技法及烘培質感
– 水果蠟燭的方法及技巧，包括原粒及半切草莓、橘子、紅桑子、藍桑子等
– 忌廉的方法及技巧
– 糖粉的方法及使用技巧

CLAB BAKING CANDLE CERTIFICATE 烘培蛋糕蠟燭證書課程

1-day baking candle course, where you can learn how to swell and harden wax to create a variety of attractive bread designs. You can learn 5 types of difference baking candle in 1 day. It is perfect for trial or hobby purpose. Strongly recommended for non-experience students. 

Upon completion you can apply for Certification from CLAB in Korea and start to teach the same course in Hong Kong.

– Fruit Tart
– Sponge Cake
– Plain Muffin
– Cream Muffin

The aim of this course：

– Wax & tools introduction
– Learn the skill and technique to making toast, sponge cake and muffin without using mold
– Way to make fruit candle, such as strawberry, orange, raspberry, blueberry etc. 
– Way to make cream 
– Way to make powder sugar  

Duration：11:00-17:00 (Depends on the number of student & actual situation)
