Order & Delivery Services
Welcome to place an order as follow: by internet, phone, What’sApp and Email. Please specify the product number, delivery date and time, deliver address, recipient’s name and order flowers close person contact telephone. Please give us at least 1 day notice for internet or e-mail orders. For same day or urgent orders, please call us by phone.

Order Information
Product code, delivery date, delivery time, delivery location, consignee name, contact telephone number and order person contact telephone number .
Payment Methods
All personal orders must prepaid by credit card. You can pay for your internet orders with Paypal by Visa card and Mastercard.
You can also deposit cash into our bank saving account at Bank of China 012-805-1-067876-5 at least 2 business days prior to the delivery date. A copy of the Deposit Slip must be sent us clearly marked with the Sender's name and delivery date.
Delivery charge
Delivering flowers during Monday to Friday as certain delivery time to most of areas along the MTR is free of charge (except Tseung Kwan O to Po Lam, Lai King To Tsuen Wan, Tsing Yi, Tung Chung Line and Airport Express). For the other, please confirm us before make order.
In case a customer has chosen a wrong delivery district outside of the free-delivery areas, we will inform him/her by email or telephone and request for settling the delivery charge.
Delivery Time
All deliveries will be made by morning session and afternoon session. For example, morning session will be made between 9 am to 1 pm and afternoon session between 1 pm to 6 pm. Please call our customer service hotline at (852) 9664-1938 if you have special request.
Message card free service
Hanakago will deliver flower together with sender's feelings, as well. Message card or message board are available for celebration of opening shops. If necessary, please feel free to contact us.
Unsuccessful delivery
For residential deliveries, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return or attempt delivery the next day.
For business deliveries, if the business is closed or not accepting deliveries, delivery will be terminated. NO refund will be accepted in this case. Delivery charges will be applied by second delivery arrangement.
Changes or cancels
The exchange and return of our products will be only accepted due to original damage of our product. Your understanding will be highly appreciated.
Our Policy
Substitutions may be necessary to ensure your arrangement or specialty gift is delivered in a timely manner. The utmost care and attention is given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item.
Flowers
In arrangements of assorted flowers, the colors shown online will be used if at all possible, even if this means substituting other kinds of flowers of equal or greater value. If the floral container shown online is not available, a similar container will be used.
